Successfully sold company to PayRoc in July 2021.

- Worked with CEO and Leadership team to drive key Worldpay / Vantiv integration activities. Key activities included UK pricing & portfolio management, interchange optimization & billing validation and, strategy for funding and settlement optimization opportunities across platform.
Visa, Inc. – SVP & Head of North America Merchant Sales & Solutions.

- Led corporate relationships with top 250 Visa accepting merchants in US & Canada with focus on usage and utilization of all Visa products. Six segment teams managed Digital, Retail, Grocery, T&E, Oil and Bill Pay/CNP. Drove agreements with clients for enhanced Visa card and product penetration.
- Led team responsible for expanding Visa card acceptance in low card penetration segments. Examples include Loan Payments, Tuition, Parking, B2B and Rent payments.
- Responsible for all Visa processing relationships with Acquirers in the US & Canada focused on improving processing technologies and utilization of digital solutions. Key relationships were Chase Merchant Services, TSYS, Worldpay, Elavon, Global Payments, EVO and First Data.
- Led the sales and client management function for the Cybersource payment processing business unit.
Vantiv, Inc. – EVP & President of Merchant Services
June 2009 – May 2015
- P&L responsibility for the Merchant Segment. Drove market leading volume & transaction growth bringing Vantiv to be the largest debit processor in the US and a top 3 acquirer. Delivered consistent revenue and margin growth that contributed to successful 2012 IPO of VNTV.
- Responsible for product and strategic direction of the segment. Several strategic growth pillars brought to market after separation from 5/3rd Bank. Key additions were the introduction of a bank distribution channel, acquisition of NPC to develop an ISO channel, acquisition of Litle & Co for e-Commerce capabilities, and acquisition of Mercury payments for distribution thru ISV’s and software platforms.
- Completed long term arrangement with Discover Financial Services to be outsource payment processor for DFS’ strategic merchant relationships.
- Drove all sales and corporate client management function – led teams developing and managing enterprise, mid-market and bank distribution channels. Key client additions included Walmart, Target, USPS, Dollar Tree and Walgreens. Best in class relationship management renewed key clients such as Kroger, Macy’s and CVS for multiple renewal cycles.

- Responsible for all merchant sales and corporate client management functions
- Led relationships with all Fifth Third Bank Affiliates to drive growth of merchant services product to Fifth Third Bank clients.
